Direct hire.  This is NOT a temp to perm job.  Seeking Desktop support technician with both Mac and Windows experience.  Location at a major museum in Washington, DC on Independence AVE SW.  Pay range up to $60,000 a year with full benefits, but would depend on experience.  Must be able to pass both a background check AND drug test.

This is a Mid-Level Desktop Support Technician position where the technician will be required to provide both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, as there are no real dedicated Tier 1 call center type roles. The technician will support the Museum users via phone, email, remote control, and in-person. The technician will be working with a team of technicians in this support role, supporting about 500+ end users. The immediate team includes 3 other contracted Desktop support technicians and IT staff museum employees. The A/V tasks and duties are to support video conferencing and other IT equipment in conference rooms. The Museum uses Dell computers running a mixture of Windows 7/10 OS and Mac devices on OSX in an Active Directory environment.
