    Direct hire.  This is NOT a temp or temp to perm position.  Seeking IT professional with some CM experience highly desired.  Pay range from $30,000 to $40,000 a year with full benefits, but would depend on experience.  Relocation assistance available.  Long term, full time job.  Must be US Citizen clearable for an interim Secret clearance.  Location is Oklahoma City, OK.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    The candidate shall perform the following tasks associated with the role of Configuration/Property Management:

     

    1. a) Enter, update, and maintain records for all tracked configuration items (CI; assets and property items) including, but not limited to, hardware and software into provided configuration management (CM) tools/systems.

     

    1. b) Collect and use data from multiple sources including physical inspection to verify, locate, and account for assets and control inventory items and to verify and reconcile data between multiple CM tools/systems.

     

    1. c) Interact with and provide accurate data to both internal and external contacts and customers in response to inquiries, data collection, and other similar endeavors.

     

    1. d) Provide required support and technical expertise for data transfers and migrations and for CM tool/system implementations or upgrades.

     

    1. e) Participate in meetings and training sessions and act as primary point-of-contact and first-line support.

     

    1. f) Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date drawings and diagrams of CIs (assets) including, but not limited to, elevation, placement, physical location, building structures, floor layouts, and cubicle/office assignments using provided tools.

     

    1. g) Perform software development, maintenance, and implementation including, but not limited to, requirement gathering and analysis, in support of locally written or developed CM applications.

     

    1. h) Assist with asset deliveries and shipments.

     

    1. i) Able to perform all tasks necessary to accomplish required duties including, but not limited to, conducting inventories and verifying data such as serial number or manufacturer information are accurate.

     

    1. j) Assist in the identifying, researching, documenting, and refining purchase requirements and options.

     

    1. k) Operate government-provided vehicles IAW all applicable laws and regulations.

     

    1. l) Exhibit effective and professional interpersonal skills to include written and oral communications.

     

    1. m) Document CM processes, procedures, and activities.

     

    1. n) Interact with service desks, technical staff, and customers to resolve technical problems or provide information.

     

    1. o) Use provided ticket management system to properly document and resolve problems.

     

    1. p) Provide required support within this subtask for disaster recovery efforts, both real and simulations/exercises.

     

    1. q) Properly handle documents according to appropriate regulations and guidance including, but not limited to, classification level.

     

    1. r) Adhere to all applicable government and security requirements, processes, and regulations.

     

    1. s) Provide callback and after-hours support, as needed.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED:  Interim-Secret clearance preferred. If no clearance, will work to obtain one if U.S. Citizen and clearable.
    • Must have 1+ year of experience doing Inventory Control or Asset Management
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
